We are an Architectural Firm on North Shore, Auckland. Our services include Architectural Design,Subdivision, Addition/alteration, and Construction management. Due togrowth of our business, we now have two positions available for creative andinnovative Architect or Architectural Technician to join our team. Your role will include:
- Architectual concep design
- Designing and documenting
- Preparation of working drawings & documentation.
- Liaising with consultants, contractors and council
- Supervising PM and SM
To be successful in thisrole we require the following skills and attributes -
- Great design skills
- 3 Year+ experience in the New Zealand based industry.
- strong work ethic
- ArchiCAD expertise
- Good graphic and design presentation skills
- Working knowledge of NZ codes and regulations
- High attention to detail
- Bilingual (English + Mandarin)
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Self motivated and pro-active problem solving ability
