Position requirements:

Carpenters are expected to:

Achieving sales, growth and profit plans by actively seeking new business and providing exceptional service to existing customers

Conducting sales calls to prospective and existing customers

Managing internal staff and contractors to deliver supply and install contracts on time and to a high quality

Working within our Occupational Health and Safety Policies, Guidelines and Procedures

Other requirements:

Skilled in project management

Ability to thrive in a highly competitive industry

A strong understanding of the building & construction sector, ideally with experience in the installation of building envelope products

Ability to build a strong rapport and credibility with customers, contractors and internal stakeholders

Practical and hands-on approach

A commitment to workplace safety

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude and proven reliability Problem solving and attention to detail

Valid NZ drivers' licence
