岗位概述: 我们正在寻找一位技术熟练、责任心强的木工工地管工,带领木工团队完成住宅及商业建筑项目。工作内容涵盖框架搭建、室内安装与精细收尾等环节,确保所有工序符合图纸设计与施工质量标准。该职位需具备实操经验、良好的沟通能力及高度的安全与精准意识。
主要职责: - 带领并指导现场木工团队
- 监督木作任务全流程,包括框架搭建、内部安装及收尾木作
- 阅读与解读建筑图纸、施工详图及技术文件
- 管理木作材料、施工工具及每日工作安排
- 确保结构及装饰木作在质量上保持一致性
- 严格落实健康与安全规范
- 与其他工种协同工作,及时与项目经理沟通施工进度
- 营造互相尊重、团队协作的现场文化氛围
任职要求: - 至少 3 年木作施工经验,其中至少1年具备团队管理或带队经验
- 熟练掌握木工各阶段施工流程,从结构框架到精细收尾
- 能熟练阅读与解读施工图纸
- 拥有清晰的领导力及团队协调能力
- 熟悉新西兰建筑规范及施工流程
- 拥有SiteSafe 安全认证或愿意考取
- 注重施工细节,追求高品质工艺
- 必须会说中文,会英文者优先考虑
- 拥有新西兰建筑行业资格认证,或等效的海外木作资质优先考虑
- 熟悉轻型木结构、外墙挂板、门窗安装与精细木作施工
- 具备多阶段施工管理经验,并能协调分包单位者优先

Role Overview We are looking for a skilled and reliable Carpentry Foreman to lead our carpentry crew on residential and commercialconstruction projects. You will be responsible for supervising framing,interior fit-outs, and finishing works to ensure they meet designspecifications and quality standards. This role requires hands-on leadership,clear communication, and a commitment to safety and precision.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and mentor the on-site carpentry team
- Oversee all carpentry tasks, including framing, fix-outs, and finishing work
- Read and interpret building plans, shop drawings, and technical documents
- Manage carpentry materials, tools, and daily work allocation
- Ensure consistent quality across structural and finishing carpentry
- Maintain high standards of health and safety compliance
- Coordinate with other trades and communicate with the project manager
- Foster a respectful, team-oriented site culture
Skills & Experience Required - Minimum 3 years’ carpentry experience, with at least 1 years in a supervisory or team lead role
- Proficient in all phases of carpentry, from structural framing to detailed finishing
- Strong reading and interpretation of construction drawings
- Clear leadership and team management capabilities
- Familiarity with New Zealand building codes and best practices
- SiteSafe certified or willingness to obtain
- Excellent attention to detail and workmanship quality
- Mandarin Speaking Mandatory, English Speaking (Preferably)
- NZ trade certification or equivalent overseas carpentry qualifications (Preferably)
- Familiarity with light timber framing, weatherboard, window/door installation, and finish carpentry
- Experience supervising multi-phase builds and coordinating with subcontractors
