Position: Construction Site Manager – Auckland We’re seeking a reliable and hands-on Site Manager to lead the delivery of residential construction projects across Auckland. If you have a solid background in multi-unit builds and a passion for driving quality outcomes on-site, we’d love to hear from you. About the Role As our Site Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for daily site operations — coordinating teams, trades, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining workflow efficiency and delivering consistent results across our sites. * Key Responsibilities· Oversee day-to-day construction activities across residential sites · Manage site schedules and ensure timely completion of key milestones · Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and on-site logistics · Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations · Monitor build quality and maintain project documentation · Communicate regularly with project managers, inspectors, and key stakeholders What We’re Looking For· Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a Site Manager or Site Supervisor role (residential builds) · Familiarity with multi-unit/townhouse developments · Strong understanding of pre-nail, framing, and structural sequencing · Ability to read and interpret building plans and manage site meetings · Excellent leadership and communication skills · Good problem-solving ability and time management · Focused on quality assurance and site safety · Mandarin-speaking ability is preferred · Must hold a valid NZ driver’s licence · Must have a valid work visa, residency, or citizenship · LBP (Licensed Building Practitioner) is an advantage
