公司为新西兰移民局认证的高级雇主（Accredited Employer），现诚聘一名商业工地现场管理人员加入我们的团队。

主要职责包括：

每周会议：参加工地协调会议，准确传达客户需求，并将进度及时反馈给客户；

进度监管：分配施工任务，巡查各个工地的施工进度，拍摄并上传照片至云盘，及时发现并纠正问题，确保质量达标；

翻译协调：在客户与施工团队之间担任翻译，确保沟通顺畅；

材料管理：接收和检查施工材料，确保库存充足、统计并提供耗材报表。

职位要求：

中英文沟通流利，具备良好的协调与表达能力；

拥有新西兰建筑相关专业学位，至少1-2年新西兰商业工地现场经验，熟悉SSSP流程，熟悉瓷砖施工流程优先；

能接受出差（例如奥克兰、皇后镇等地），出差期间需驻场，公司提供住宿；

拥有合法签证，可立即开始全职工作。

Onsite Management Staff Needed

We are an Accredited Employer with Immigration New Zealand and are seeking a full-time Onsite Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a long-term opportunity for someone with strong site management and communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

Weekly Site Meetings: Attend site coordination meetings, communicate client requirements to the team, and provide regular updates to clients;

Progress Monitoring: Inspect job progress across sites, upload progress photos to the cloud drive, and report or resolve any on-site issues promptly;

Interpreter Duties: Act as an interpreter between clients and the construction team to ensure effective communication;

Material Management: Receiving, and checking construction materials to ensure proper stock and quality control.

Job Requirements:

Fluent in both English and Chinese, with strong communication and coordination skills;

A New Zealand qualification in construction or a related field, with at least 1-2 years of local commercial site experience; familiarity with tiling processes is a plus;

Able to travel frequently to cities such as Auckland and Queenstown and other cities, and stay on-site during project periods (accommodation provided);

Must hold a valid visa and be available for full-time work immediately.
