Residential Site Manager WANTED

We are seeking an experienced Residential Site Manager to join our team !!!
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example and maintain high professional standards.
• Report directly to the Director and Project Manager.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve individual and team performance for the benefit of the business.
• Communicate effectively with clients and client teams in both English and Chinese.
• Coordinate material orders with the QS at head office.
• Assess job scope before the team arrives on-site and make necessary adjustments in consultation with the Supervisor/Engineer.
• Participate in daily briefings and ensure clear communication within the team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including:
  
  • Site diary
  • Weekly reports
  • Time records for hourly-paid employees
  • Material and equipment logs
  • RFIs
    
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential projects.
• Experience in foundation trades and civil commercial subdivision projects is advantageous.
• Applicant must be PR/Citizen.
