We’re Hiring: Supply Chain & Office Coordinator
* Location: East Tamaki, Auckland, New Zealand Are you detail-oriented and proactive with experience in both local and international supply chains? We’re seeking a bilingual (English + Mandarin) Supply Chain & Office Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Manage order processing and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment Coordinate with suppliers, freight partners, and warehouses for smooth logistics and inventory management Prepare shipping documentation and handle import/export compliance Maintain accounts payable/receivable records and follow up on payments Analyse sales and supply chain data, generate reports, and flag any issues Support daily office administration and vendor coordination
Requirements: At least 2 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or office operations Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Proficient in Excel and comfortable with data analysis Fluent in English and Mandarin Knowledgeable in local and international supply chain operations, including export/import, would be preferred
