COMPANY OVERVIEW:
We are a well-established New Zealand health supplements retail companywith a network of 11 physical stores. Our mission is to provide high-qualityhealth products and exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking anexperienced Operations Manager to oversee the standardized operations of ourstores and ensure operational excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Overseethe daily operations of 11 retail stores, ensuring consistency and compliancewith company standards. 2. Conductregular store inspections and audits to maintain high operational quality. 3. Developand implement operational policies, procedures, and store guidelines. 4. Manageadministrative tasks related to store operations. 5. Coordinatewith the Regional Sales Manager and Marketing Department to execute promotionsand events. 6. Monitorstore performance and implement improvement plans based on operational KPIs. 7. Managestore maintenance, repairs, and overall appearance. 8. Train,mentor, and support store managers and staff to ensure service excellence.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Provenexperience in managing multiple retail outlets or chain stores (preferably inNew Zealand). 2. Strongunderstanding of the New Zealand retail market and customer preferences. 3. Excellentleadership, communication, and organizational skills. 4. Abilityto travel frequently for store visits and inspections. 5. Strongproblem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and retail management systems. 7. Fluencyin Mandarin, English proficiency is an advantage.
