What You'll Be Doing

• Managing day-to-day operations, from admin tasks to process management

• Coordinating sales teams and VAs to ensure tasks are accurate and on time

• Maintaining dashboards, tracking KPIs, and reporting to business owners

• Helping streamline workflows and boost efficiency across the business

• Working closely with the owners to understand the business and support growth

  
  

What We're Looking For

• Ability to speak both Mandarin and English is a huge plus

• A recent Business or Management graduate (domestic or international student in NZ)

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven

• Proactive and eager to learn, with a "get it done" attitude

• Comfortable with technology, cloud tools, and CRMs (training provided)

• Reliable, responsible, and motivated to grow into leadership

• Strong communication skills for internal coordination
