About the Role:
- Preparing and sending client invoices
- Recording bills in Xero
- Managing accounts receivable and following up payments promptly
- Filing documents
- Payroll
- Reports
- Other accounts or administration duties as required
Requirement:
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication in English and Mandarin
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills
- 2 years experience as similar position
- Familiar with Construction Industry and Xero are advantage
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable communicating with clients
- PR or Citizen.
