Key responsibilities:

Manage construction programs, ensuring projects stay on track.

Oversee all site operations, ensuring compliancewith project specifications, timelines, and safety regulations.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, andmaterial deliveries.

Optimize resources (labor, materials, equipment)to improve efficiency and cost control.

Maintain site safety, tidiness, and compliance.Enforce health & safety tool box meeting , conducting inspections and risk assessments

Solve on-site challenges and provide technical support to trades.

Carry out construction duties as required.

Work closely with our in-house QS, project  managers, responding to project-related queries.

Conduct quality control inspections to meetindustry standards.

Proactively solve challenges to keep the projecton track.

Maintain clear communication with project manager,providing regular updates and reports.

To be successful you will have
Relevant experience in construction

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Strong understanding of construction processes, and project coordination.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.

Assist in coordinating labor, materials, and equipment.

Monitor project progress and report updates to senior management.

Full clean driver’s license (ability to drive van).
