We are hiring - Experienced QS

要求：

· 与团队及相关人员（包括客户、设计师、工程师等等）沟通流利顺畅，中英文流利

· 有商业建筑经验者优先

· 有至少2-3年的NZ本地QS经验者优先 (with a proven track of records)

· 相关的学历，本科或者专科

. 注重细节，时间管理强，团队合作能力强

Experienced Quantity Surveyor

. Minimum 2-3 Years relevant experience (with a proven track of records)

. Core quantity surveying & estimating skills

· Good time management

· Cost forecasting

· Detailed on-site build knowledge and project planning

· Procurement

· Financial reporting

· Strong proficiency in software systems

· Excellent written and spoken English

· Strong commercial awareness

· Proven client liaison skills
