We specialise in civil works with a strong focus on drainage. We are now looking for a driven Quantity Surveyor to join our team and help deliver high-quality projects.

The Role

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the financial management of our civil projects. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where understanding the technicalities of drainage and groundworks is essential.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing accurate take-offs, estimates, and tenders for civil and drainage works.

• Managing contract variations, progress claims, and subcontractor payments.

• Liaising with site managers and clients to ensure project success.

• Reviewing construction plans, specifically focusing on earthwork,  stormwater, wastewater, and underground utilities.

• Collaborating with our diverse team and subcontractors to keep projects on track.

About You

You are detail-oriented, commercially minded, and eager to grow. You fit in well with teams from all backgrounds and understand the specific challenges of civil construction sites.

Ideally, you will have:

• Civil Experience: Proven background in civil construction or drainage projects.

• Qualifications: A Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.

• Language Skills: Mandarin speaking skills are advantageous (to assist with our diverse network), though not essential. English proficiency is required.

• Tech Skills: Proficiency in relevant estimation software and Excel.

• Attitude: A team player who enjoys a multicultural work environment and is ready to get stuck in.
