We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, andbilingual (English & Chinese) Administrator to provide dailyoffice support and assist the Director with business operations. The role alsoincludes basic accounting and finance tasks, so accuracy,reliability, and confidentiality are essential.

Key Responsibilities

·        Provide administrative and executive support to the Director.

·        Handle basic financial tasks, including invoice processing,expense tracking, and data entry.

·        Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documentation.

·        Maintain filing systems.

·        Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and service providersin both English and Chinese.

Requirements

·        Valid New Zealand Full Driver Licence (Class 1).

·        Fluent in both English and Chinese.

·        Good understanding of basic accounting or bookkeeping principles.

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office.

·        Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills.

·        Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and attention to detail.

·        Previous experience in administration or finance supportpreferred.
