We work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality projects across Auckland. [size=0.875]About The Role [size=0.875]We are looking for a reliable and well-organised Customer Service & Administration Officer to support our daily operations. This role is a key communication point between customers and internal departments, ensuring projects run smoothly and information is clearly coordinated throughout each stage. [size=0.875]Key Responsibilities - Answer incoming customer phone calls and handle enquiries professionally
- Manage and respond to customer emails and messages
- Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the project process
- Coordinate and follow up project progress across different departments (sales, installation, manufacturing, etc.)
- Assist with general office administration and documentation
- Support purchasing and finance teams with order placement, order tracking, and basic record keeping
- Update internal systems with customer and project information
- Assist with scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups as required
[size=0.875]About You - Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner
- Well organised with good attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and following up on progress
- Able to communicate clearly with both customers and internal teams
- Confident using email, documents, and basic office systems
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
[size=0.875]Skills & Experience - Previous experience in customer service, administration, or office support
- Experience in building, construction, or trade-related industries is an advantage (but not required)
- Experience coordinating projects or orders is a plus
- Bilingual English & Chinese is preferred but not essential

- Chinese (Mandarin) preferred but not essential
