薪资 Salary: 年薪 $80,000 – $85,000 per annum (depending on experience)

岗位职责 Responsibilities
• 负责酒吧整体日常运营管理
Oversee the overall daily operations of the bar
• 管理及培训员工，制定排班安排
Manage, train and roster staff effectively
• 控制成本、库存及酒水采购
Monitor costs, manage inventory and oversee beverage purchasing
• 维护高标准客户服务体验
Maintain exceptional customer service standards
• 妥善处理客户投诉及突发情况
Handle customer concerns and operational issues professionally
• 协助制定营销策略并推动营业增长
Assist in developing marketing strategies and drive revenue growth
• 设计及优化酒水菜单，提升品牌特色与盈利能力
Curate and develop the beverage menu to enhance brand identity and profitability


任职要求 Requirements
• 拥有多年酒吧或餐饮管理经验（优先）
Proven multi-year experience in bar or hospitality management (priority)
• 英文非常流利（口语及书写能力优秀）
Excellent spoken and written English is essential
• 具备出色的领导能力与团队管理经验
Strong leadership and team management skills
• 工作认真负责，执行力强
Responsible, detail-oriented and results-driven
• 能够在高压、快节奏环境下高效工作
Able to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• 持有效新西兰工作签证
Must hold valid NZ working rights
