WD1 Work on completion of a course of study, with an offer of employment

a. People who have:
i successfully completed in New Zealand a course that has a minimum completion time of 3 years; or
ii successfully completed in New Zealand a qualification that would qualify for points under the Skilled Migrant Category (see SM14); and
iii hold an offer of employment relevant to their course or qualification,
may be issued or granted a work visa/permit for a maximum period of 2 years to obtain practical experience suitable to their course or qualification.

b. To be issued or granted a work visa/permit under this policy, applicants must:
i apply no later than 3 months after the end date of their student permit for that course or qualification; or
ii hold a ‘graduate job search work permit’ (see WD2).

c. Applicants must provide:
i a completed work application form and fee; and
ii evidence of an offer of employment relevant to their course or qualification; and evidence that they have completed a course in New Zealand with a minimum completion time of 3 years; or evidence that they have completed a qualification in New Zealand that would qualify for points under the Skilled Migrant Category (see SM14).

d. Applicants must also provide:
i evidence that the work visa/permit application is being made no later than 3 months after the end date of their student permit for that course or qualification; or
ii evidence that they hold a ‘graduate job search work permit’

e. A work visa/permit will only be granted where an immigration or visa officer is satisfied that the offer of employment is one which will provide practical experience relevant to the applicant's course or qualification.

f. Any work visas/permits issued or granted under this policy, may be endorsed with any or all of the conditions imposed by special direction as listed at W2.25.

楼主我想冋个签证问题..我爸妈是搞家庭团聚的,旅游签证己9个月.学玍签证己13个月.按道理移民局规定18个月应该批PR了但现在看来审批速度太慢.如杲我爸妈签证到期还未批准是否可以又转旅游签6个月..以等审批为理由申旅游答呢？

请问一下LZ，我三月底拿到open search work visa的，我是一天的open签，如果我想签2年的工作签证的话，是不是必须在9月底之前拿到job offer啊
