9 u6 I+ q' A; [1 Z# KTo increase the maximum custodial sentence for failure to care for, treat or humanely kill an animal from 6 months to 1 year and
6 G% {+ i( V/ w& g% c7 B) w4 [
* G% k3 O& V1 b" U) n5 GTo increase the maximum custodial sentence for willful ill treatment of an animal from 3 yeras to 5 years.
