help! just returned to work from maternity leave,but was on redundancy!

I am just back from 14 weeks paid maternity leave, and have worked for 8 weeks now. But was told the company will be restructred and my position will be cancelled.

What can I do? Can I get any help from the labour of department? my baby is only 5 months now-I will be a full time house wife!

如果公司是按照正常的手续, 而且不是因为你有孩子而歧视你, 是真的不需要这个POSITION的话, 就没办法了. LZ可以去上班族问下.

公司有pay你redundancy fee么。一般都应该有。
你再电话winz问问有什么能补助的
少一个人的收入，起码应该有childcare补助了吧

应该不可以吧。毕竟没有涉及歧视孕妇和无理解雇。你的职位被cancel。应该属于公司的合理规划吧。
