一个朋友年收入低于平均收入水平（PS：不知道是2.5W还是3W澳币）
你之前交的税，可以全额退还？？？？？？？

朋友喜滋滋的拿了几千澳币回来。买东西给老婆。

横财的滋味。。。。。

想了解一下，新西兰有没有这样的规定。

Due money back?
If you were a salary or wage earner during the 2010-2011 tax year you may be eligible for a refund if you:

worked for only part of the year
earned less than $14,000
earned less than $9,880
were paid a lump sum, for example redundancy
used the ME or ME SL tax code for part of a year
earned between $24,000 and $48,000 and don't receive government payments
worked while still at school
had more than one job
have expenses to claim
paid too much tax.
