Prospective migrants who are citizens of the majority-English-speaking countries (United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, the USA, or Republic of Ireland) MAY choose to automatically receive the credit for the "competent" level of English merely by virtue of their citizenship, without taking tests;

however, if they desire to show the "proficient" level (e.g. in order to obtain a sufficiently high overall score on the migration point test) they still must take the IELTS or OET.[18]

lol sure... If u r born in NZ and u MAY be exempt, but to my experience if u are not they definitely require ur IELTS results. .anyway its not important anymore...

6.0 is the basic requirement.
7.0 or 8.0 u can get extra bonus points.
as i remember 7 is 10 points, 8 is 20 points, good for applicants who cannt get enough points to pass criteria. however its not important anymore as Australia has made a change to their immigration policy.

最简单快截的方法是找份全职让雇主担保.  二线城市的话更简单, 英文好象4.5分就行.
