第一次申请的时候已经觉得够RIDICULOUS.已经有想法要公之于众.但是急着再申请没时间.没想到第二次的申请简直把我恶心了.我说了一定要个说法!原文邮件交流如下.大家有兴趣请看,这几天先调整调整心情.
第一封从IMMIGRATION发来的邮件就是拒签信,因为包含太多个人信息,只把被拒签原因原文摘录下来:
'I have taken into account that you claim you are currently employed. However, you have provided no evidence to support this claim. ' 我的回复 Hi xxxxxxx xxxx:
Does it ever occur to you that your staff make a mistake so that the evidence did not reach you? For almost $600 dollars we paid, no one interested in reminding the missing documents and to ask why.
I assume you have a lot of work to do and it has been very effecient the speed you processed our application. It did not make us feel been treated us clients at all.
We ask your staff at the windows 3 times did he want () and () bank statement, he insisted no need. I was puzzling how can that be possible. While he returned us the bank statement book, he returned the employment letter. We just found it still with us.

Hi, I can understand your concerns. Unfortunately, the staff at the AVAC are not Australian Immigration officers and are not considered staff of the Australian Consulate. I am unable to re-open the cases. However, it is open to you to lodge new applications if you wish and provide the additional information. However, I am unable to advise what the outcome may be. If you intend to lodge further applications, please ensure all supporting information is translated into English by a registered translator. (责任推得干干净净)
好吧,算我倒霉.自己没有检查,只依靠工作人员.因为这次的事,在我第二次递申请的时候就和领事馆的工作人员说了.那个人态度很好,当然我的态度也很好(她说很感谢我yelling at her,要是她自己就受不了了),让我当场写了封信,她尽力帮我问问.(反正到现在就是石沉大海) 然后就是第二次递表,我给他们发的邮件 Hi:
Things are getting more and more ridiculous. I had no choise but to lodge another 3 applications. We been taking our friends from Australia out around Auckland, meanwhile checking the application progress. No email, no update online (we been told by the AVAC staffs to check the process online). Not until we arrive home and found been refused again.
Funny reasons as below:
1. 'The leave letter from your employer in China does not specify the length of leave.'
There were NO SUCH LETTER amond all evidences we handed in. IT'S NOT REQUIRED!
2. 'You have not provided any of your school information from China.'
Show we where states for a school information is required for a 14 year old applying 5 days visit to AU.
When you consider a case, there is no need to read documents. No need to know the requirements. No need to take responsibilities towards mistakesssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss. The only skill required is to come up with WORDS (Makes me vomit to call them reasons because even 3 year old can tell how funny they are) to say no, once MONEY is on you hand.
It has never been any clearer to me its DISCRIMINATION. I swear to God will fight to the end, do whatever it takes. I have not been to Australia but has been deeply impressed. I will publish my experience to the public using every possible channals I have.
Do not bother to reply because your time is so precious (it costs $600 at least a minute), and I can imaging the letter from you pushing every responsibilies away. You are the best.
