Questions:

If an animal management officer visits my property, as a registered dog owner, am i required to give them my personal details and those of my dog (eg. full name, date of birth and cotact details?)

a. no, under the Privatcy Act i dont have to give out that information
/ i7 l6 m9 Y1 q" M' g0 H* wb. yes, failure to provide the information could result in a $750 fine
: n3 B( M. E: ~" l5 wc. yes, but only if my dog has committed an offence
