请问关于体检和无犯罪的有效期

上个月22号递交partner关系下的工签申请，今天工签申请已经批下来了，有效期一年，过几天打算递交申请PR的材料。请问申请这次工签的时候，我已经递交过无犯罪证明和体检报告，
这次我申请PR，还需要再递交无犯罪证明和体检报告吗？？听说无犯罪证明是6个月的有效期，
可是我申请工签时递交的无犯罪证明过几天就过了6个月的有效期，如果这次申请PR要交无犯罪证明的话，我的无犯罪证明就马上要过期了。

我的partner是PR，是他担保我申请PR的

再请问一下，我老公是这里的citizenship，2009年的时候他回国跟我在国内呆超过了12个月，2010年他回
新西兰到现在一直没出镜过，申请PR听说也要递交他在国内时的无犯罪记录，这次我来NZ，帮他在国内办好的
无犯罪记录的签发日期是2012年10月19日，过几天就到了6个月的有效期，如果这次我申请PR，递交他的无犯罪的有效期马上要过的话，，这样会不会要求要再从新办过他在国内的无犯罪记录？可是他从2010年到现在都没
离开过NZ
