• 我想请问下你 是要我写上我爸妈的资料吗？我家就我一个小孩 我爸妈的资料不是在我出生证明上有吗?移民局具体是要什么呀？是要我写给他我爸妈的资料吗？

照要求填你父母的资料就好了
你的出生证明里又没有父母的出生年月信息，而且移民局也懒得从你的出生证明里把这些资料一点点抠出来不是？（其他申请人可能还有兄弟姐妹的信息要填，所以移民局专门整个表，算是资料备份吧，有人说是做NSC用的，我不清楚啥用途）
