永久回头-主申请41天，副申请184天，成功！

PR批了后，研究了一下移民局寄给我的小册子，如果在新西兰买房，主申请在申请永久回头的前一年住满41天，副申请2年内住满184天，就可以申请永久回头了。

对于这个政策，我身边很多朋友告诉我不可以，有些还说问过中介，中介说根本没有这个政策。真是TMD扯淡，白纸黑字写在上面，睁眼说瞎话吗？我没有搭理那么多，说实话，我对NZ中介本来就抱着怀疑的态度。我的留学申请、PR申请加上RRV，全部都是自己搞定，根本没有找过中介。政策都明明白白的写在移民局的网站上，按照他们的要求做就行了，没必要花那个冤枉钱。我有2个朋友都因为黑心中介，一个被遣送、一个被黑！扯远了，我比较喜欢相信自己。找中介当然也没什么问题。只不过要找负责的，小心那些黑心中介。

08年4月贴签，5月买了房。老婆累计住了194天，我的41天当然是轻松住满，就当是回来度假。2010年4月22号，把屋主证明，电话费、水费、银行账单递交，移民官算了下日期就批了。

不可以的。我帖子里说的天数就是移民局规定的天数，少一天都不行

不是，忘了名字了。是个黑白活页，就是告诉你怎么拿Returning Residence Visa，里面有很多种。

不用全款。移民局给的说明里，要求提供的屋主的证据里，有一项就是“MORTGAGE DOCUMENT”，说明贷款买房子也是可以的。

请问LZ，你的副申请人离开NZ有连续超过4个月的吗？因为以前是说离境超过4个月日子就要重新计算的。

本来副申请就不用坐移民监的，即使不买房也没有影响。

拿永久回头签只需要符合永久回头签政策里5条里的任意一条即可，楼主的情况属于第5条，所以不觉得有任何奇怪的地方呀？

5. Established base in New Zealand

You have held residence permits for a total of at least 41 days in the 12-month period immediately before lodging your RRV application, and all members of your immediate family who were included in your residence application have resided in New Zealand for a total of at least 184 days in the two-year period immediately before lodging your RRV application. Also, either:
• you own and maintain a family home* in New Zealand, or
• you have been genuinely employed full time in New Zealand, in paid employment, for a total of at least nine months in the two-year period immediately before lodging your RRV application. Employment involving payment by commission and/or retainer is not acceptable.

With your application you will have to provide evidence of owning and maintaining a home or evidence of employment. Evidence of owning and maintaining a home may include your residential property title deed, mortgage documents, rate demands, home insurance papers, and accounts for the telephone, electricity, gas or water. Evidence of employment may include written confirmation of your full-time employment from your employer(s) or, if you are self-employed, evidence you have established, purchased or have a shareholding in a business in New Zealand and are actively involved in managing or operating that business.

不知道是不是楼主的理解意思有问题，总时间还是要等2年，只是由于工作或房子的原因让你呆在新西兰的时间可以减少了而已，这个根本没有什么矛盾的存在啊！
