请问给宝宝办IRD都需要什么材料

我的情况是这样的，我小孩是在国内生的，现在过来准备给宝宝申请个IRD号码，请问都需要需什么材料。谢谢

填表IR595
one original and one legible photocopy of a Category A or a Category B document for the child and（孩子的护照第一页和签证页就行）
• one original and one legible photocopy of a document which shows the relationship between you and the child, if not already shown in the Category A or Category B document (if you do not have a document which shows the relationship between you and the child, you can use the statutory declaration IR595D) and（国内公证处出的亲属关系公正最好用连翻译都省了）
• full proof of your own identity as parent or guardian by providing: ◦ one original and one legible photocopy of a Category A document（你的护照第一页和签证页最方便）
◦ and one original and one legible photocopy of a Category B document.（你的驾照最方便）

然后吧资料都给IRD寄过去就行了

现在改了，不用自己邮寄，把所有材料拿去邮局，让工作人员核实之后，他们会帮你转交给税局的。
