关于担保移民的问题

两年半前（大概是2012年3月份）帮过我前女友申请PR成功，不过当时她没有告诉我就找理由回国了，然后因为感觉到被骗就分手了，请问大家，现在我要办我未婚妻要等多久，办公签需要等几年？她在auckland，现在在洋人公司做会计，谢谢各位

办工签没问题，担保移民需要间隔5年，也就是要2017年3月。

谢谢，所以公签不需要等5年后办是吗？刚刚问了之前那个中介说书面上要求五年后才可以担保第二个PR和公签？

有朋友说可以办公签，中介我只问了一个说最早可以四年后和移民局商量八成可以办，所以希望大家能帮我弄清楚，拜托了

原则上是5年以后能办身份和工签。但实际上3年以后就可以办工签，但必须要给出比较让人比较信服的理由。也就是说要说服签证官你为什么要担保你未婚妻。身份是必须要5年以后。工签好像没有特别的说明，可以自己去查查网站，中介律师都是浮云，移民局官网才是王道。

好的，我去看一下，但是估计我很难看明白那些英文条款，三年以后的话，心里就踏实多了！谢谢啦！

不好意思，刚刚仔细看了一下官网。担保工签的话要和担保上间隔4年或以上。
Your partner is a New Zealand citizen or resident

You must show that you are living together with your partner in a genuine and stable relationship at the time the application is made. Your partner must:

    be eligible to support your application under our Partnership residence category within 12 months of your application
Eligible的定义是
not have been supported as a partner themselves within the last five years
not have previously supported more than one other partner under the Partnership Category
not have successfully supported any other partner under the Partnership Category within the last five years
not have been the reason someone else was granted New Zealand residence because of domestic violence, in the 7 years prior to the date the application is made
也就是说，你担保你未婚妻工钱要满足，在未来的12个月内可以满足担保你老婆身份的条件。
这些条件是5年之类你没有担保过任何人。
也就是说，第4年的时候才可以担保工签，第5年可以担保身份。
不知道我说的明白吗？

4年还要多等一年多，如果规定4年也没有别的办法了，只有让她公司出工签了，真的很感谢你热心帮助，还帮助查资料，祝你事事顺利
