   KiwiSaver opt out declined - savings suspension granted。。 We’ll contact you 1 month before this savings suspension is due to expire。。 Keep this letter to show any new employer you are on a savings suspension                                    You can ask your employers to start or stop deductions at any time up to 20 July 2022. Eachsavings suspension cannot be for less than a 3 month period, unless your employer agrees. Youcan still make voluntary contributions while you are on a savings suspension.We’ve receivedyour request to opt-out of KiwiSaver. You cannot opt-out after 8 weeks of starting your newjob.  We may extend the opt-out request period to 3 months of your first contribution if:• events outside your control meant that you could not give the opt out notice within the 8weeks, and we consider it reasonable to accept a late notice, or• you did not receive a KiwiSaver information pack from your employer within 7 days ofstarting employment• you did not receive a product disclosure statement, or• you were incorrectly enrolled when you shouldn’t have been.You may be eligible for a savings suspension if you are suffering, or are likely to suffer,financial hardship.If you do not agree with this decision, you must formally dispute it. 你是雇主呀？kiwisaver suspension 是员工自己申请的，在suspension expiry 前，你（雇主）不用contribute to那员工的kiwisaver, 也不可在他的salary扣除3% （default rate)

我不是雇主，我是打工的 今天收到IRD 的信，我就糊涂了 ，没理解信的意思 所以来问问这信啥意思。我也没申请停止kiwisaver呀

你开始新工作迟交了ks10吗？过了employment start 8周才递交opt out, ird不收的。如你什么都没做过，就是没填过ks10要opt out （不会是你雇主私自填吧!) 而是要opt in的话，那你就感紧去myir message ird告诉他你从没填过ks10要求opt out,也不要suspension,问他为何突然suspend你的kiwisaver
