I’m going home for the holidays after I finish my exams this semester. This is a short term stay, and you will be living with my roommate who’s a postgrad student and will most likely be working throughout Christmas.

•Move in cost is one week of rent in advance
•Place is furnished. I will be moving out my stuff for you, only leaving my desk behind
