Brief Description:
· Exciting job opportunity for anefficient result-driven HR professional
· Minimum 1 year proven HR experience
The HR generalist plays an importantrole in facilitating daily HR functions and improving the performance of tasks.This role is able to contribute to achieving specific goals and results of theHR department and the group.
Responsibilities:
· Respond to internal and external enquiriesor requests and provide assistance.
· Support the end-to-end recruitmentprocess for all contractor and junior level roles by sourcing candidates,assisting in shortlisting, performing background checks, issuing employmentcontracts, etc.
· Provide accurate and comprehensivegeneralist HR advice on employment relations to managers regarding performanceissues, disciplinary action and conflicts, etc.
· Conduct orientation process withnew staff.
· Assist in ad-hoc HR projects asand when required.
· Check fortnightly payroll
· Provide administration support
Requirements
· Relevant qualification in HumanResources Management
· Minimum 1 year proven HRpractical experience
· Good knowledge of NZ EmploymentRegulations and Legislation
· Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills in English and Chinese
· Outstanding organisational andtime management skills
