We are currently looking for someone to join our cosy flat in Red Beach.
! l8 C' f0 z1 M  eThe house is 5 bedroom, with two living areas. Walking distance to Red Beach, Orewa and Silverdale.

6 o( h" v) w7 s" OYou would be living with one couple, two guys and one cute little four legged furry friend which stays over occasionally (Age ranges between early 20s and mid 30s). We are looking for a single person, easy-going, respectful and tidy.
3 Z  y- t9 j8 I3 O5 Y* tThis will be ideas for a student or full-time worker, as we are all full time working professionals, respecting each other’s space and keeping the house super tidy. This is not a party house, we are enjoying quiet and relaxing atmosphere and looking for a like minded person.

4 \% S; Q$ ~1 t4 X- gRoom is a double bedroom with in-built wardrobe, can come furnished. Bathroom is shared with one other.

Rent is $255 a week including expenses (Reasonable use of water, electricity, gas and internet).
Bond is $510 plus one week rent in advance.
