We’re Hiring: Supply Chain & Office Coordinator
Sky Distribution is a New Zealand-based distributor, managing both domestic sales and export markets.
We’re looking for a bilingual (English + Mandarin) Supply Chain & Office Coordinator to join our team. This role covers a mix of supply chain operations and office coordination, supporting both local and international business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders (domestic & export), ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouses for smooth logistics and inventory management
- Prepare shipping and customs documentation for import/export compliance
- Maintain accounts payable/receivable records and follow up on payments
- Analyse sales and supply chain data, prepare reports, and flag any issues
- Support day-to-day office administration and vendor coordination
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or office operations
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable with data analysis
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin
- Knowledge of local and international trade processes preferred
