We’re Hiring: Supply Chain & Office Coordinator

Sky Distribution is a New Zealand-based distributor, managing both domestic sales and export markets.
We’re looking for a bilingual (English + Mandarin) Supply Chain & Office Coordinator to join our team. This role covers a mix of supply chain operations and office coordination, supporting both local and international business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer orders (domestic & export), ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment
  • Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouses for smooth logistics and inventory management
  • Prepare shipping and customs documentation for import/export compliance
  • Maintain accounts payable/receivable records and follow up on payments
  • Analyse sales and supply chain data, prepare reports, and flag any issues
  • Support day-to-day office administration and vendor coordination

Requirements
  • 2+ years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or office operations
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable with data analysis
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin
  • Knowledge of local and international trade processes preferred
