Q.C.J Homes Ltd Auckland is seeking for multiple Junior/Project Manager to join Auckland's building team on deliverying high Quality homes on time, within budget under a health and safety environment.
Role required: 2xGradudates/Junior Site Manager to join the company's talent programme. (part time/full time)
Location: Based on Whenuapai office, projects will be Auckland wide
Duties: * Attend Project Meetings, Plan the resource of the projects * Plan and Cordinate Construction Process, liaise with Sub-trades, architect, engineer & Inspectors etc * Implement schedule of the works and monitor compliance to the construction Programme * Ensure all Health and Safety regulations are properly addressed under current H&S Management System
To be Successful in these Role: * Honest and Reliable * Experienced in residential construction project (except intern/junior role) * Full and Clean driver Licence * Excellent English Verbal and Written Skill
