  About the Roles
  We have openings for both Retail Assistants and Store Supervisors. The ideal candidates are customer-focused, motivated, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, creative retail environment.

  Key Responsibilities (for both roles):

  • Greet and assist customers, providing an excellent shopping experience

  • Maintain merchandise displays and manage stock

  • Operate POS systems and handle transactions

  • Support daily store operations and maintain store standards

  • Participate in promotions, seasonal displays, and stocktaking

    
    

  Requirements:

  • Retail or customer service experience preferred; management experience for supervisors

  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented

  • Passion for retail and interest in party supplies or creative products

  • Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
