Architect Admin/Support Internship (3 months)
· Project and sales reporting · Coordinating project and consultation meetings, includingsending out agenda & assisting with action points · Managing the work in progress reports and project status’s · Tracking progress against key deliverables in the sales/consultationprocess · Client feedback assistance · Compiling and updating contracts · Updating Master Sales Activity Sheet · Sales support for the sales department · Incoming and Outgoing phone calls · Answering email enquiries/leads · Booking appointments for team leader · General administration support
To be successful in this role you will need:
· No prior work experience required · Experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications · Possess strong verbal and written communication skills · Excellent time management and organisation skills · Organised and detail orientated · Good sense of humour and can work under pressure - stayingcalm and positive in the midst of chaos and busyness :)
Workhours will be 20 hours a week.
We arelooking for someone to start in the next 2-4 weeks but will wait for the rightperson.
