About Us

We are a well-established windows and doors manufacturing company servicing residential and commercial construction projects across Auckland. With a strong reputation for quality workmanship and reliable delivery, we work closely with builders, developers, and architects to provide tailored aluminium window and door solutions.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor who understands the windows and doors industry, is confident dealing with clients, and can independently prepare accurate and competitive quotations.

Key Responsibilities
        •        Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations for aluminium windows and doors projects
        •        Review architectural drawings, specifications, and schedules

• Extract precise measurements from drawings for glass window fabrication.
  

        •        Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements
        •        Liaise with builders, developers, architects, and internal production teams
        •        Measure, price, and cost projects accurately within deadlines
        •        Manage variations, pricing adjustments, and cost clarifications
        •        Assist with tender submissions and follow-up negotiations
        •        Maintain clear documentation and pricing records

Key Requirements
        •        Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in windows & doors / aluminium joinery / façade systems
        •        Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings
        •        Experience preparing quotes, tenders, and variations independently
        •        Confident communicator with the ability to meet clients and build relationships
        •        Good commercial awareness and attention to detail
        •        Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects
        •        NZ construction industry experience preferred
        •        Full NZ driver licence
