Are you a recent graduate accountant, or 1 year ofaccounting experience, ideally within a professional services environment that might be seeking an organisation to support you develop your accounting careerto the next level?  Work in a flexible environment that supports a work/life balance? Essential Skills and Experience:

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create detailed spreadsheets and reports
• Experience using MYOB and Experience with Xero(an advantage)
• Sound knowledge and practical application of NewZealand taxation
• Self-motivation, strong work ethic, and theability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
  

As the successful applicant you will have:

• High standards and value accuracy and strongattention to detail
• the ability to work with the busy team and offer them the support across the financial activities which include reporting,meeting legislative end of year compliance, GST, supporting a busy accounting administrative team and providing support to the wider organisation across abreadth of financial reconciliations and reporting needs.
• Strong written and oral communication skills inEnglish and Chinese (mandarin) and interpersonal skills, with a collaborativemindset, the ability to self-manage and act decisively to solve problems
• Strong analytical and investigative skills aswell as problem solving aptitude
• The ability to be a positive team player with drive to further your career and willingness to take accountability for yourown work and development
• NZ Bachelor Degree in Accounting
• Reliable, accountable, professional and enthusiastic
