房东父母为当地人70后上班族，房东女儿是初中生。家庭居住环境好，房东勤快爱干净，已经接待过多位来自日本/韩国/中国/巴西/哥伦比来新西兰学习语言的女学生。房东及家人性格好易相处，日常为英语交流，尤其适合想要快速融入英语环境的年轻学生。

  ]2 x. v' b0 o% y每周$380包周一到五早晚饭，周六日三顿饭。清真家庭，不吃猪肉，日常可以做鸡肉鱼肉牛肉，无需为日常饮食担心。

9 j- @" j/ o  K  ?2 d, G' KWe are a family of three living in Panmure, East Auckland, and we are looking for a female student tenant (16 years or older) starting from October. We are seeking someone who is quiet, tidy, and respectful in their daily habits.

The host parents are local professionals born in the 1970s, and their daughter is currently in intermediate school. We offer a clean, welcoming, and friendly home environment. We have hosted several female students from Japan， Korea， China, Brazil and Columbia who came to New Zealand to study English. We are easygoing and enjoy communicating in English on a daily basis, making our home especially suitable for young students wanting to improve their English quickly and experience local culture.

We are a halal household and do not eat pork. Meals include chicken, fish, and beef, so you don’t have to worry about food options.
