We’re looking for an energetic, hands-on team member with excellent Chinese& English skills! What You’ll Do:
- Support Agricultural Technician to conduct experiments to help Asian vegetables, leafy greens, and melons grow stronger and more productive
- Participate in new variety trials and cultivation research, improving growth methods
- Assist with purchasing fertilizers, seeds, and materials, liaising with suppliers
- Record crop growth data, analyze results, and propose improvements
- Work in both greenhouse and outdoor settings, hands-on every day
Requirements:
- Passion for agriculture, horticulture, or plant science, eager to try new approaches
- Excellent bilingual communication in Chinese & English (written and spoken)
- Energetic, outgoing, and loves hands-on work and teamwork
- Graduates welcome; comprehensive training provided
- Comfortable working in greenhouse and outdoor settings
What We Offer:
- Permanent Full-time employee role.
- This is a 5-day working schedule (normally Tuesday to Saturday), which may be adjusted according to the shift arrangement.
