Da Long Yi Hotpot Auckland is looking for a Part-Time Duty Manager to join our team!

About the Role:
We are seeking a responsible and motivated individual to help manage our front-of-house operations when the Restaurant Manager is not on site. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic team environment and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee front-of-house operations in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
• Ensure smooth daily service and high standards of customer experience
• Lead and support front-of-house staff during shifts
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations
  

Requirements:

• A current Manager’s Certificate / LCQ (preferred, but not essential)
• Valid work visa or residency in New Zealand
• Previous hospitality or restaurant management experience preferred (training will be provided if needed)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Reliable, proactive, and customer-focused
