- Processing customer orders, supporting the sales activities by checking prices, preparing quotes and proposals; invoices and others such as administrative tasks Requirements
- Maintain and update client records and job tracking systems
- Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth communication via email and by phone
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Assist with reporting, filing, and document management
* WhatWe’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in an administrative or accounts support role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills with a flair for multitasking
- Clear and professional communication skills ((IELTS7.0Speaking))
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and invoicing software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or similar)
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
