新春快乐 - Spring Festival

Spring festival is a time for family. But what about those of us who are away from home?
Come by Tabernacle Church on Monday night for an evening of friends, food, and fun!

19:00 (7 pm), 23rd January, 429 Queen Street, Auckland.

This is being organised independently by a couple of Global members - if you are able to help out, please let me know! Or if you have ideas, please post them, and we will make it happen! :)

If we can't find 20 people, it won't happen. So please invite friends!

Ideas so far:
• Jiaoze
• Chicken's feet
• Lanterns
• Games with prizes; red envelopes
• Dance performance
• Music
• Introduction to what Global is, and why Jesus changed my life :)

We might do all, none, or other things - that is all up to you! Encouragements/criticisms are appreciated to help make a decision. This is organised by the people, for the people!

This is going to be specifically organised for those from places celebrating lunar new year: China, Korea, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan. Of course, though, all nationalities are welcome!
