我哥哥去年8月份递的投资移民，今天接到移民官的来信如下，请各位移民达人帮忙分析一

去年8月份递的申请，商业计划和英语要求看起来都没有什么问题了，最后卡在体检问题。说是小三阳，第一次有问题，说以新西兰标准这样的健康状况是需要长期治疗，势必会给新西兰医疗系统带来负担，移民局来信说可以给一次复检的机会，后来去复检一次，国内负责体检的医生说是小三阳，但是肝功能正常，不在传染期，这种的情况在国内太普遍了，根本不需要治疗。前两天又收到移民局来信，具体如下：

We have completed an assessment of your application and we are not satisfied that you meet the requirments under the long Term Business Category. We outline our specific concern below.

On Health
We are not satisfied that Mr. Wei  meets the health requirement as required per instructions BC3.g and A4.10 below

We have referred his medical report to our medical assessor twice and based on the medical opinion of the first medical assessor he is unlikely to have an acceptable standard of health.

We have again referred his medical report to another medical assessor for second opinion and he was again assessed as unlikely to have an acceptable standard to health.

Our doctor indicated the following:
"the applicant has a condition(s) listed in immigration instructions which is/are considered to impose significant costs and/or demands on New Zealand's and/or education services."

You may provide further information by 23 March 2012
Any coments or further information must be sent to this office by the above date.

请教各位移民达人，再次提供further information,要提供什么样的信息，如果再去做一次体检可能结果还是一样。郁闷啊，好不容易念了大半年雅思机经，为这也投入不少财力精力，要是因为这个被拒签了，就前功尽弃啊。

关于乙肝大三阳小三阳的case真的不好说。大三阳，肝功正常的拿到pr的大有人在。琢磨不透移民局内部到底是个什么标准。

如果是小三阳，肝功能正常的话肯定是行的。
但必须要专家出的证明。
但一般都会送过来惠灵顿审查的呀
