hi, i got pr in 2010 june, will change to irrv in june 2012
but i got pr under dependent child policy
can i help my father to apply for parent family catergory pr application?
and can i help my father's current wife(not my biological mum) included in his application too?

我觉得还是看你是否达到了新的父母团聚移民标准吧，现在移民局更在乎你的能力和资金，不在乎你怎么来的。

要出新政策了，对收入有要求，而且PR也要满三年才能申请。

所以你要等到2013年6月的时候再说吧。
