那天之后 我让我的headchef 完全的回答了co的所有问题
同时我自己也写了一份很长的信给他，基本内容就是按照anzsco上面对chef的要求， 介绍我的工作内容，
今天 他给我回了封信“
Forgive me for not responding earlier. Yes, I received the additional information. I will not make a decision until after the date（4月1日） given in the letter.” WTF. 请问他说这话是什么意思呢？？？？？？是解释的行不行啊……好纠结 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
各位大神好·
昨天移民局给我head chef发了个邮件 问了一堆问题，head chef 特忙，而且前阵子我申请工签他也回答了同样的问题，所以很烦·就说我不想同样的问题回答两遍，你是在浪费我的时间！妈的 我head chef也没问问我就这么给co回了邮件了
我不知道co问了head chef什么问题·但是通过co今天发给我的邮件 估计就是问了问关于我的实际工作范围 看看是不是和job description一样
我当时的工作描述是基本直接照抄的anzsco，
Planning menus, estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies
（主要疑问！我们酒店的menu是大家出建议，最后拍板是有head chef，然后 food 和 labour cost一般也都是有head chef来考虑的吧， ordering food 这个好说我经常会订货
疑问就在，当时我们head chef 这样回复的co：food and labour costs are the core of our business and are always only ever managed with by the Head chef management，
然后CO 跟我说：There was no evidence given that you plan menus or are involved in ordering food supplies. We are not satisfied that you plan menus, estimate food and labour costs, and order food supplies.
CO主要说了 没有证据表明我会参加plan menus 或者订货，但co也没提关于food 和 labour cost 这一块儿。 那意思是不是就说 他对我们head chef对food and labour cost 这一部分的解释是比较满意的， 但是对于head chef没解释的 plan menu和 ordering food这一部分他表示怀疑？）
Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation （co 说这条OK）
Discussing food preparation issues with Manager, Dieticians and kitchen and waiting staff
Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures
Preparing and cooking food (这条OK）
Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations
May select and train staff
May freeze and preserve foods （这条ok）
除了co表示ok的那几条，其余几条我们head chef都没有对co做回答，现在co对这几条不ok的分别的态度就是：While this task is outlined in your job description your employer did not give any evidence that you perform these tasks and therefore we are not satisfied that you XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX（职责的描述 比如（Discussing food preparation issues with Manager, Dieticians and kitchen and waiting staff , Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations . May select and train staff....................)
我个人理解就是co主要就是想让我的head chef 稍微具体的描述一下我的工作·确定我具体的工作内容和anzsco的要求基本一致对吗？
也就是一份详细的job description吧。
