Food technologist is not nutrition, it includes it, but if you want to only focus on nutrition then there is a pathway where you solely focus on nutrition.
There are negligible differences between food technology & food science (at least in these universities)- they are named differently in these two universities because they are in different departments.
Both of them give the same job prospects and both undergraduate courses delivers the fundamental concepts in each of its four main sub-fields: food engineering, food forensics, food product development and food physiology.
