之所以开贴，是想让自己记忆的同时，能让基础和我一样不好的同学在雅思写作中可以有所进步，大家一起努力吧。。
l Juvenile delinquency -reason v Family In order for a child to grow up in a balanced way, it is very important that he or she is nurtured well by his or her parents. However, it is often the case that children are neglected. This may be because of the fact that many parents in cities have to work so are often not around to give their children support when needed. (many parents with highly workload do not have enough money to accompany with their children.) v Poverty Another factor is the increasing levels of poverty around the world. We have seen with globalization the rich get richer and the poor get poorer.Poor people have no source of income to support their need,such as food,shelter and clothes.They are likely to commit crimes.Of course, this will include the children in the poorer families. v Media Action movies with murder, robber are being popular among youth. It is clearly seen that, these sort of movies lead to an increase crime among teenagers as they try to copy what they have seen in the movies. -solution However, there are ways to tackle such problems. Firstly, one of the ways to combat the problem is to have stricter punishments. Although, as discussed above, it can be outside factors that lead to crime, it is still important to have severe punishments to deter teenagers from crime. Parents also have to take more responsibility for their children’s actions. They should be punished if their children commit crime. Authorities should enough money to deprived areas,which are breeding ground for crime.

自己总结的？很不错，你从哪里找的主题，以前的旧题吗。我觉得加大惩罚力度应该属于法律完善的制度范围。警察增强执法力度才能实施惩罚。个人建议，不喜务喷。
