好吧那咱们就来说说看，黑字是你说的：
My suggestion for the policy is to ensure enough quota is allocated to Parent Resident Visa,（配额！你知道别的国家的移民有多大比例的带父母来？如果按照配额，以现有每年的父母移民总数量，分摊到华人头上的就要少多了！） which matches with the number of skilled workers in NZ, finding a way to control the government expenditure on these old people while letting the families live together with appropriate cost. Immigration NZ may consider options as follows.
1. Seek higher application fee for Parent Resident Visa to cover part of future expenditures 开玩笑啊收多少申请费够用？十万？一百万？
2. Work with NZ government/Local council to limit part of the benefits to reflect the principle that who pays for the tax who enjoys the benefits 疯了，你说本地穷人不交税就不能领福利？他能交税就有收入，有收入他还领福利干嘛？你这是要挑战整个福利制度的存在，挑战普世价值观啊，你火星来的？穷人不该领福利，该去饿死？
3. Provide option to let parents bring capital into NZ for future medical treatment for themselves 这条还算有道理。
4. Add condition on the resident visa granted to parents, e.g. the visa will be void if the children leave NZ over 2 years 两年？太短了吧，起码得20年，依我看40年都不多，你要想走可以，带走父母，立即的。
5. Ask Parent resident visa applicants to provide evidence to show their sustainable capability to live on their own 这个要的。
6. Increase the income requirement of the sponsors (their children) 呵呵。。。。只要管好老人们不来拿福利就好了。
7. Decrease the required investment amount for Parent Retirement Resident Visa
8. Increase the staying length of multiple-entry visa
The most important thing for family is to live together and look after each other. With the family as base, we can work hard and give more contribution to NZ society. 父母和成年子女不酸family，只算extended family。 |
