Hi everyone, we are on the lookout for a reliable individual to come on board as a Senior/Junior dog groomer or Bather. Full time, part time or contractor.

Studio Hound is a boutique dog grooming salon in the heart of Epsom, Auckland. We are committed to the love and welfare of dogs. Our goal is to provide a grooming service that meet our dogs and owners’ needs and wants with a high standard of care.
Position: Senior /Junior Dog Groomer or Bather
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a high-quality grooming service including bathing, grooming, scissoring and clipping all breeds to the breed standard and our client’s preference.
Cleaning and sanitation of grooming area including equipment and general facility on an ongoing basis.
Provide animal care by being attentive to each animal’s behaviour and health.
Be on time and open or close the shop according to the shift if needed
Interact and communicate with customer with great customer skill
Organise bookings and schedules
Use our booking system to maintain grooming records
Take grooming photos and post them on our social media
Job Requirements:
have experience working in a grooming salon or qualifications in dog grooming.
Good time management.
Attention to detail.
Capability to work under pressure and take instruction well.
Good Customer Service skills.
The right to work in New Zealand.
Genuinely care for dogs and our clients.
Work well both in a team and independently.
Hours and wages are flexible and will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
